Stylish detached barn with hot tub and enclosed garden. Superb location in peaceful Betws Yn Rhos, just 3 miles from Abergele, which offers seaside activities and beautiful coastline, miles of sandy beaches, shingle Pensarn Beach, outdoor activities, boat trips, golf and the Wales Coast Path. Within 10 miles, explore Snowdonia National Park, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Conwy – climb Snowdon’s summit, walk the Conwy Castle Walls, stroll along the Victorian Pier, and reach the top of Great Orme by foot or cable car. Visit National Trust Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Conwy Water Gardens. An idyllic retreat yet so close to the beach, mountains and attractions, it is an all-year-round destination.
This attractive barn is flooded with natural light, and all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your holiday with friends and family. Walk into the hall with space for your outdoor attire, to your right is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A lovely space to relax and unwind. If you are eating in, the delightful kitchen area inspires creative cooking with all the equipment you need and plenty of space to prepare a meal. The dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather around and enjoy a meal together positioned by the window overlooking the garden. The lounge is light and airy and ideal to relax in after a full day out, with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and a door onto the patio with the hot tub. For cosy nights in, snuggle up in front of the electric log-effect fire. Exploring this delightful property further, you will find a bathroom and two welcoming bedrooms – a double and a lovely twin, both designed for a good night’s sleep.
Make the most of the wonderful hot tub on the deck during your time here, fire up the charcoal BBQ, dine at the outdoor table, and listen to the wildlife in this enclosed garden. There is a rack to lock your bicycle to and plenty of space for your paddleboards or canoes in the garden.

Getting Here
From the A55 exit at junction 24, and take the A547 into Abergele. In the town centre turn left following the A548 in the direction of Llanrwst. Drive for 2.3 miles and then turn right onto the B5381 towards Betws Yn Rhos. After 0.5 miles pass Hunters Hamlet on the left and the entrance to Tyddyn Y Fron Bach is the next turning on the right.
